1. Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The customer service representative role would include:

  • Receive and respond to customer's inquiries, including airline ticketing, hotel and/or tour bookings, changes, cancellations, and reconfirmations
  • Represent the company with suppliers (hotels, airlines, and tour companies) individually and together with senior managers.
  • Work with suppliers to build relationships and keep updated on new rates/fares, promotions, and packages
  • Work with technology team to input new prices, promotions, and packages on website and other marketing materials
  • Administrative assistance to the department as required.
  • Daily interaction and report to foreign manager

Required
Skills/Experience:

 We are looking for customer service representatives who have either significant experience in airline ticketing or in hotels and tours.

Ticketing customer representatives should have at least 2-3 years of experience in ticketing, with strong knowledge of Abacus, Galileo and/or Amadeus, with Abacus certification preferred

Hotel/tour customer service representatives should have experience in working with hotels and tour operators and strong knowledge of hotel and tour options in Vietnam .

All applicants should have:

  • Excellent communications and computer skills.
  • Thorough understanding of travel/tourism business in Vietnam
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

2. Customer Service Team Leader

Job Description:

The Customer Service Team Leader will play a key role in the company in building an international-standard customer service team and helping the company to continue to expand operations.

The specific tasks of the Customer Service Team Leader will include:

  • Lead customer service team and serve as liaison between management and customer service representatives
  • Create, implement and oversee customer service policies
  • Control quality, speed, and accuracy of customer responses
  • Represent the company with suppliers (hotels, airlines, and tour companies) and work with suppliers to build strong relationships
  • Hire additional customer service representatives as needed, and handle human resource issues (scheduling, etc) related to customer service division
  • Interact and report daily to foreign manager.
  • Serve in key management role, contributing to decisions related to policies, technology development, strategy and business operations

Required
Skills/Experience:

The Customer Service Team Leader requires a person who is dynamic, proactive, and well-organized and who has strong people and communication skills, in both English and Vietnamese.

At minimum, all applicants should have:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in travel industry, with management experience
  • Thorough understanding of travel/tourism business in Vietnam
  • Strong communication and organization skills and ability to motivate employees and lead a team
  • Solid understanding of airline ticketing and/or hotel and tour bookings
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, shift duty and public holidays, as needed
  • English and Vietnamese written and spoken fluency
  • Bachelor level education

3. Computer Programmer NET C#, ASP.NET

  • Candidates who know how to use DAL (LLBLPro) and Telerik, Crystal Report are preferred
  • Priority for those who have experience in tourism
  • Ability to work under high pressure to fulfill tasks in time

Skills/Experience:

  • Graduated university major in graphics or/and fine arts.
  • Good at graphics software like corel draw, photoshop.
  • Candidates know how to use HTML, Dreamweavez, JavaScript, flash, 3D is preferred.
  • Speaking and writing English fluently is an advantage.
  • Carefully and finish all tasks exactly as planed.
  • Can do more time if required.

5. Human Resource & Office Manager

Job Description:

  • Workforce Planning .
    - Develop HR Strategy plan with monthly and annual goals and timeline to meet goals
    - Advise on organizational structure and design
  • Recruitment and hiring of new employees.
    - Work with managers to forecast needs and hire to meet needs
    - Design recruitment strategy and proactively recruit potential employees
    - Oversee hiring process and paperwork
  • Company culture and values.
    - Promote company culture and values
    - Feedback mechanisms to strengthen and check awareness and agreement on values
    - Develop and implement plan to improve communication of employees across divisions, offices and related companies
  • Employee Review & Development & Motivation
    - Develop standard procedures and oversee employee performance reviews
    - Work with employees on career and succession planning
    - Set up and supervise employee training programs
    - Design and implement employee recognition and appreciation activities
  • Administrative tasks related to human resources
    - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
    - Develop HR Information system to manage renewal of employee contracts, employee benefits, labor registration, etc.
    - Handle work permits, visas, or resident permits for foreign employees
  • General office oversight
    - Serve as senior management to monitor office performance, issues, and employee morale and work with other managers to address and solve issues
    - Oversee office purchasing and administrative work as needed

Required
Skills/Experience:

Relevant experience in HR is required, but even more important, this candidate should be dynamic, proactive, and well-organized and have strong people and communication skills, in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Bachelor degree
  • Practical HR experience (minimum of 2-5 years experience), preferably with a JV or foreign company and in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge of current Vietnam HR legislation and requirements
  • English and Vietnamese spoken and written proficiency
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good organization, communication and people skills
  • Proactive, diligent and results oriented
